During this phase, we take a comprehensive look at the current state. This helps us for the next phase.
In this phase, we craft a recommendation for the future state along with a gap analysis with pricing to achieve the transformation.
Once the proposal is signed, and a start day is agreed upon, we will begin with a kickoff meeting and execute on the transformation. We will plan on providing progress updates based on agreed upon frequency.
Equally important as delivering during the transformation engagement, we strive to learn from the experience. We have a formal project closeout process for every engagement.
